Missing Person

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for 51-year-old Kyaw Thar in the Spring Park area of town. At approximately, 10:50 p.m., Mr. Thar was reported missing to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office by family members. Mr. Thar was last seen leaving his home at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the 2700 block of Spring Park Road.

 

Detectives continue to work diligently on this case, however, due to Mr. Thar’s severe memory loss due to a medical condition they are asking for assistance in ascertaining his safety. If you reside in the area, JSO asks that you check any cameras, vehicles, and property for Mr. Thar.

Eyes/Hair: Brown/Black

Clothing: Red shirt, dark in color pants

*Mr. Thar is missing 4 fingers on his right hand
