Missing Endangered Adult

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for a missing adult that has been diagnosed with Dementia. JSO has been attempting to locate Russell Dill since around 1:00 pm today after he left his residence on foot and was reported missing by family members. Mr. Dill’s last known location was near the 1400 block of Donald Street, in the Riverside/Avondale area of Jacksonville. Due to the circumstances involved, JSO is concerned about his safety and are seeking his location.

The missing has been identified as:

Name: Russell Owen Dill
Age: 67 years old
Race/Sex: White/Male
Height/Weight: 5’8”/195 lbs.
Eyes/Hair: Blue/Brown & Gray
Clothing: Gray long-sleeved “Philadelphia Eagles’ t-shirt, blue jeans, and blue shoes

Anyone having seen Russell or who may know his location is asked to call JSO at 904-630-0500 or 911.
